Defend the colony at Centauri B. Choose your laser, hold the line through six waves, and spend every upgrade like it matters.

Gamepad works too — left stick to move, RT to shoot, X for the special, Y to reload, Start to pause.
HOW IT WORKS
Powered shots. Every wave hands you a budget of full-damage shots — the counter in the top-right. You can keep firing past it, but those shots hit far weaker.
The special. Kills charge it. Once it's ready, E fires a fan of lasers. Charges stack, so you can bank them for a bad moment.
The trade. Q spends special charges to refill your powered shots. Burst damage now, or full-strength shots for the rest of the wave — you can't have both.
Between waves you pick an upgrade: speed, damage, piercing, fire rate, and more. Rather not hold Space? There's an auto-fire toggle in Settings.
This is the demo. The full game is coming to Steam — if these six waves land for you, a wishlist there is the single most useful thing you can do for it.
